Adam Abrams

Adam graduated from Mayfield High School and then attended Ohio State University and Cleveland State University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Accounting.  He is a Certified Kitchen Designer and President of Designer Cabinets, Granite & Tile located in Bedford Heights. Adam told us that his number one hobby is his family, he is a lifetime Browns and Indians fan (with much heartbreak) and he loves technology, TV and movies.

Adam told us that after attending the first Friday night service at TEE in the new building they felt at home and quickly signed up.  They immediately felt part of the family/community. Always looking for new and interesting challenges, Adam jumped at the honor of serving as a Board of Trustee.  He is excited to have a more active role in the daily running operations and decisions of TEE.

New Board_Kraus Arthur Kraus

Art graduated from Ohio University with the degree of Science in Commerce. He practiced as a CPA in public accounting for half his career and as a financial executive for three different publically owned property-casualty insurance companies for the other half. Art’s hobbies include photography, classical music, Broadway musicals, volunteering for TEE and Community Partnership on Aging, and babysitting for grandchildren. Art and his wife I wanted a reformed Jewish experience and a good friend suggested TEE. They like the warm feeling of the congregation and the Rabbi and are excited about the new Cantor.  Art joined the Budget and Finance committee and serving on that committee for several months in somewhat of a leadership position. With his new found knowledge of the financial affairs of TEE, he felt that he could utilize  his business experience to help in the areas of accounting and general business.

He began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young, and is presently the Assistant Treasurer of Parker Hannifin Corporation. His off-time is devoted to family.
